Between sexual trauma, generational healing stored in our DNA, epigenetics and the effects of birth control and other artificial hormones in our foods; healing our Womb is essential for us to deeper innerstand our power and connection to Source as Wombman. During this journey, we will discuss the ways your body and Womb are communicating to you through hormones, energy, syncing with the Moon, life patterns and body language. We will go over the effects of medications and artificial hormones and how they may be playing a role in how you are feeling now, as well as how to properly balance your hormones. We will then deeper innerstand your menstrual cycle and the patterns its displaying, what it all means, and how to get back into your natural flow. Lastly, we will navigate the ways in which generational healing is stored, transmuted and released through the Womb and the ways you can work alongside your body and Womb to truly heal and align with what is meant for you. You will be given assignments like yoni steaming, spiritual baths, journaling, yoga, somatic healing, dancing, herbal remedies, meditations and other energy practices to further deepen your connection to your sensuality, Womb and Self.

Energy Body Scan / Mind-Body Work / Reiki Healing

Get a deeper innerstanding of what may be going on within your body, and the illnesses doctors can’t seem to address. Trauma and stagnant emotions store in our body as energy, eventually manifesting as illness if not properly released and healed. Our body is constantly trying to communicate to us the areas we need healing; through body language, illness and pain, and it is our job to hold space to gain awareness to the ways our body may still be remembering and reacting to our trauma….or how your illnesses may be connected to the stored trauma. All illnesses start as energy/emotions and as we begin to analyze the ways your body is speaking to you, we gain a deeper awareness to the ways the body, mind, and soul heal as one. Receive a 1 hour Energy Body Scan where Haley analyzes your energy body and the areas where the blockages are stored. This will reveal where your illnesses may stem from, or bring awareness to illnesses that have been left dormant and stagnant for a while.
